aqua nueva New Year Solutions ends soon!

If you’ve yet to try the divine, decadent, indulgent New Year Solutions menu at aqua nueva, don’t delay as it ends this Saturday 28th February! Since launching at the start of the year, New Year Solutions in aqua nueva and aqua kyoto have proved extremely popular as guests chose to start 2015 as they mean to go on.

Offering a choice of any three savoury dishes from a possible eight as well as a dessert, the aqua nueva New Year Solutions menu is excellent value at just £27 per person. The mouthwatering menu choices include Soft poached egg served with beef consommé and pancetta, Salmon & crab mousse with mussels and Glazed 24-hour-marinated oxtail. For dessert, there’s a delightful Apple mille-feuille with pear sorbet and lemon air.

While the nueva menu ends this Saturday, you can still enjoy aqua kyoto’s healthy, nourishing companion menu until 28th March, with nutritious dishes there including Sashimi trio, Tuna with braised daikon and Toban of lamb with edamame tofu.
