Spoil Mum this Mother’s Day at aqua nueva

Mother’s Day, which this year falls on Sunday 30th March, is always a very special day and while of course we think mums deserve to spoilt every day of the year, we also think it’s great that they get to be the centre of attention on this day.

To mark the occasion, we’re excited to announce that this year aqua nueva will open on a Sunday for the first time ever, offering an indulgent four-dish menu created by chef Alberto Hernandez.

Alberto has put together an absolutely sensational menu for mums and those treating them, featuring a sumptuous selection of dishes including Roasted pumpkin with warm salad and bergamot sour cream, Grilled Iberian secreto with lemon and garlic sauce and Salmon roasted with honey and lemon alioli.

There are desserts too – of course! – including aqua nueva raspberry cheesecake and Alberto’s signature ‘Textures of chocolate’. The menu is fantastically well-priced at £45.00 for four dishes (two appetisers, one main, one dessert), making it the perfect way to treat mums this Mother’s Day.
