Feeling the love this Valentine’s Day at aqua

Love is in the air this week with Saint Valentine’s Day falling on Friday, and we have very special menus for the occasion in both aqua kyoto and aqua nueva.

Priced at ¬£80 per person for four courses and including a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne on arrival, the menus are indulgent feasts of special dishes created for Valentine’s Day by our talented (and romantic!) head chefs.

For aqua kyoto, Paul Greening has put together a stunning menu including Miso-glazed scallops with truffle & yuzu syrup to start, Omakase sushi to follow, Black cod with white asparagus or Wagyu beef sirloin for main and Toffee shell Fiji apple for dessert.

Meanwhile in aqua nueva, Alberto Hernandez proposes a ‘Caviar spoon’ or Langoustine carpaccio followed by Red prawns from huelva or Seared foie gras. For main course guests might choose Rack of lamb with potato cake and piquillo peppers, then finally there’s a beautiful Raspberry terrine with cream cheese ice-cream and pistachio caramel, pictured.
