Extremely popular with connoisseurs of Spanish cuisine, at aqua nueva chef Alberto Hernandez creates beautiful modern interpretations of traditional Spanish dishes. At lunchtime Alberto serves a lighter tapas-style menu perfect for sharing and at night, an ambitious, exciting a la carte menu that fully shows off Alberto’s exceptional talent.

You’ll also find the UK’s first dedicated cava bar, where an impressive selection of Spain’s famous sparkling wine is available by the glass and bottle alongside a daily-changing selection of special tapas dishes.
